Do I need an account to place an order?
You are welcome to shop without creating an account. However, we recommend registering with us to enjoy access to our Rewards Program, where you can earn points redeemable at our Landmark Prince’s boutique. If you are already a valued Bed & Bath customer, you can enjoy the same privileges online simply by completing our quick registration Form
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all addresses in the following countries:
- Hong Kong
- Mainland China
- Indonesia
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Thailand
For other international delivery requests, please contact our customer care team directly at info@bednbathhome.com, and we will be delighted to assist you.
Shipping Rates
Hong Kong
• Complimentary Delivery is available within Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories for orders over HKD 2,500.
• For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of HKD100 will apply.
Mainland China
• Flat rate of RMB200 for South/East China
• Flat rate of RMB500 for all other regions
Import taxes will be charged to the customer when goods are shipped.
Southeast Asia
• Flat rate of SGD$50
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes - which wil be charged to the customer.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, pillows and duvets are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders will be dispatched 5-7 days. For deliveries within Hong Kong, our dedicated local team provides a seamless door-to-door service, ensuring your purchase reaches you with care and convenience.
Do you provide in store pick-up?
In-store pick-up is available and can be selected at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection at our Landmark Princes boutique within 3–5 days, and we will notify you once it is ready.
Do you provide made-to-order?
If an item is not in stock, you can still place an order with us, and we will do our best to fulfill it as soon as possible. Special orders typically take 8–10 weeks.
Gift Vouchers
Bed & Bath vouchers can only be used in-store. Each voucher must be used in a single transaction, any remaining balance will not be refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers
• Specific rules on each voucher must be followed
