Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account with us to place an order. But signing up means that you will have easy access to our personal shoppers who will assist you all the way. You will also be able to check out much faster using previous transaction details.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to locally to all Hong Kong addresses.

Do you charge for delivery?
All deliveries within Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories are free of charge for orders up to $2500 HKD. For orders below $2500 HKD, there will be a flat fee of $100 HKD delivery charge.
For all Mainland China and international order, the freight charge will depend on the weight of products and will be calculated on a case to case basic.
