Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account with us to place an order. But signing up means that you will have easy access to our personal shoppers who will assist you all the way. You will also be able to check out much faster using previous transaction details.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all Hong Kong, Mainland China and international addresses. 

Do you charge for delivery?

Exclusive online

All deliveries within Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories are free of charge.

For all Mainland China and international order, the freight charge will depend on the weight of products and will be calculated at checkout.

Concierge

For all online purchases, deliveries within Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories are free of charge.  With exception for delivery to Ma Wan and Discovery Bay which will incur a further charge of $200 HKD. 

For all Mainland China and international order, the freight charge depends on the weight of products and can be arranged directly with our concierge. 

How soon can I expect my order?

Items that are in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. For all bespoke and concierge orders, delivery times will be provided before you confirm your order with us.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, all orders must be signed. We will contact you 1-2 days in advance with delivery date and time, with the option of rescheduling if need be.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, option for in-store collection is available at check out, or contact us to pick up your goods at our store. When your items are ready for collection, we will send you an email to let you know that they have arrived.

Do you accept exchanges?

We accept merchandise for exchange that is in its original packaging with the original invoice. Items that have been washed, damaged, soiled or used will not be accepted. All exchanges must be addressed with Bed & Bath within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. We do not accept returns.

How do I exchange my products?

Please take your item(s) in their original condition and packaging to the Bed & Bath boutique with the original sales invoice and our sales team will be happy to assist you with your exchange.

How do I exchange the products if I am overseas?

If you do not live in Hong Kong, exchanges can be carried out via post. We expect you to cover the cost of shipment, unless of course, the goods were sent incorrectly to you in the first place.

Can I exchange something that is specially made for me?

Bespoke and special orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once the deposit is paid due to the nature of custom orders.

Do you provide gift-wrapping services?

Absolutely, this option is available upon checkout. Feel free to email or call us to tell us exactly how you’d like your gifts wrapped.
